Why is my delivery taking longer than usual?

Recently, due to the impact of covid-19, international customs are being more strict on goods from abroad. Due to this, packages have to undergo certain procedures which delay your order. Neverthless, our team will be monitoring these orders and in the case something happens, we will be in contact with you immediately.

What are your Returns and Refunds Policy?

We have changed our policy of refunds. From the 5th of April, customers will be able to and entitled to claim full refunds on damaged goods with valid proof or return if they are not satisfied with their purchase or for another matter. Please note, we only allow full refunds if they have labels and tags still attached. The refund will be issued once we have received back the product/s. You will have to enquire about a refund within the first 4 days of the delivery of your order and a further 14 days to send the item/s back to us at Pro Football UK.

Can I mix and match sizing for a Tracksuit Top and Bottom?

Unfortunately, the answer is No. We do not allow Tracksuits to be delivered with different sized Top and Bottom. 

My product has been lost or the Tracking Number doesn’t work

All orders receive tracking numbers. If our courier report the order as delivered, unfortunately we cannot help you in these circumstances. We recommend you to follow the tracking to accommodate to your own needs. Similarly, if the tracking number becomes frozen or the courier reports it as lost, in these cases we will of course refund or resend if that is what you desire. 

Delivery Process 

Delivery will take 10-14 DAYS depending on location in normal cases. If not received within 18 days, please be sure to contact us. We will be with you every step of the way. Tracking information is also provided. Due to the impact of the Pandemic, please be aware that SOME deliveries may take upto 18 days or perhaps more in some cases.
